Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information Dreiton Labs collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website and our products, starting with Gopher.
Who we are
Dreiton Labs ("we", "us") is a software company based in California, United States. We run this website and our products.
If you have a question about this policy or about your information, email Parsa at parsanaji9@gmail.com or Mason at masonshih7@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect information in these ways:
- Through our contact form: your name, your email address and your message.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit this website: our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. It is used to keep the site secure and running.
- When you pay for a subscription: payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe shares with us what we need to run your subscription, such as your name, email address, plan and payment status.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to you
- give you access to our products and run your subscription
- bill you
- keep this website and our products secure
- meet our legal obligations
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies and no analytics: no tracking cookies and no advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or "share" it as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) defines sharing, and we never use it for advertising.
We pass it only to the service providers that help us run the business, and to anyone the law requires us to share it with. Our service providers are:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- Resend, which delivers the messages you send through our contact form
- Google, which provides our email
- Stripe, which processes payments
Product data
When you use one of our products, it processes the information you connect to it only to provide the product to you. For Gopher, that is the messages, files and email you give it access to.
To do that, our products use service providers, such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, and the messaging and email services you connect, which process that information on our behalf.
Each customer's data is kept apart from every other customer's.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to reply to you, to provide our products and to keep our business records. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email Parsa at parsanaji9@gmail.com or Mason at masonshih7@gmail.com.
California residents also have rights under the CCPA, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): the right to know what personal information we collect about them and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
We will not discriminate against you for using any of these rights.
Children
This website and our products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Still, no way of sending or storing information is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
