Gopher is our first agent, built for general contractors who run the jobs and the books at the same time. Text it a photo of a receipt or a voice note from the truck. It logs the expense in your own spreadsheet, drafts your email and keeps your books up to date, and nothing that touches your money or your inbox happens until you say yes.

It asks first
Every expense entry and every outgoing email is a draft until you approve it.
It backs up before every change
A copy of your file is saved before each change, and dated copies are kept, so an earlier version is never lost.
You choose what it can touch
Read-only or read-and-write, folder by folder.
It never makes up a number
If it can't read an amount or a date, it asks you instead of guessing.
It doesn't take orders from email
If an email says "send money", Gopher shows it to you. It never acts on instructions hidden in a message.
Your books stay yours
Each customer's data is kept apart, so one contractor's books can never reach another's.

No. We build our own agents and offer each one to many customers, so every customer gets a product that's tested and improved for everyone.

What happens to my data?
It's used only to do the work you ask for, it's kept apart from every other customer's data, and we never sell it. Our Privacy Policy explains what this website collects.

You see every expense entry and every email before it happens, and Gopher backs up your file before each change, so a mistake can be caught before it lands and an earlier version is never lost.
